Well basically because soccer is their national sport and treasure. It's a part of their culture, their history, their pride and joy. And for this reason, most kids will start to play soccer at a very young age and develop their skills as their grow up. So they are very good because they've been playing for so long (you know...with other neighborhood kids...). And the fact that they've been world champions adds the pressure for them to live up to their reputation, hence they work even harder.
And this is true for any good soccer teams such as the African teams (soccer in their blood), France, Argentina, Portugal, England,...

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'm sure there are plenty of Brazilians that suck at soccer too. Maybe the Brazil teams you watch just practice more. There are no "soccer genes" as you have suggested.

Well one of the reasons is their are soccer schools that raise them from 8 to 15 and teach them soccer. I heard they play 8 hours a day in those schools. Then if they are good enough to play they play or if not they go into a normal career. The schools aren't mandatory.

I'm not sure about those specific players,but english is the second language in my countries around the world. Especially in sports, since players are interacting with others, they tend to know some english or are already fluent in the language,.

They start playing football at the age of 5 years old , ALL children play football, and the population is VERY huge, among 23 million football player , you may find 23 amazing players who may capture the cup and take it back home.
Same applies for Argentina, both teams have wonderful individual skills. but NO team work , team work could be find only in Greatest Germany .
