Everyone I know tells me I should be a modol because I have "the look". But, honostly I don't think I should be a model. I am only 5'2, is that even tall enough? I have been in quite a few modeling agnecies, but haven't found the right one yet. Do you think I am fit to be a modol?
Oh, and I have layered brown hair, green eyes, and tan skin.

I think If you think you can be a model you will make it big time. So yeah you can so be a model. But you have to make sure that you believe in your self. And if you do believe you will be a model you will be one. It is really not what other people think of you, it is what you think of yourself. And to answer your question your not to short. I think you will do great once you find an agent you like and agree with.

Probably not runway, but you could be a commercial model. Commercial models model for magazines, billboards, advertisement and etc. Almost everyone has model potential. A 60 year old man going bald can model for something. It depends on what the agency is looking for. But be careful, modeling scams are popular these days. Many places just want your money. Don't go to a modeling school, go to an actual agency that will hook you up with jobs. And kind of make sure it is legitimate. Sometimes you may find out that it is a escort service or some perverts may have you face on a porno site. So, do some research and talk to people. Talk to other models about who they are with.

That really don't say much. Sorry, without photos your not going to get a good answer. You don't get a modeling job over the phone??? Don't worry about the height. Yes, most models are around 6' but if have "the look" it won't matter. Especially if have a certain attitude for the camera that photographers want. Brown hair, green eyes, and a tan is a start. I prefer brunettes myself. You do sound attractive so far. Go for it if you want to. Don't question yourself b/c agencies will detect that the first minute.

As a Plus Size Model Myself I'm 5'10" and I wear a size 10. The average thin model is 5'8" and a size 4, the average super model (runway thin model) is 5'9" and a size 1 or 2. If you are in Los Angeles like me you can try Ford Models but to be honest with you someone that is 5'2" would be a catalouge model for Sears or JCPenney, since I'm plus size I'm in the same boat with you. I model mostly for ads and retail store magazines, it's rare that I am in a Runway Show that is well known, but I still do it. You have to try but yes the odds are against you. Sorry but you still must try your hardest if it is your dream.

Most models are between 5'6" and 6' tall and a size 2. You may be alright for petites catalogue modeling though, if you are that tiny But you really have to be a size 2 or 4

Go to an agency and see what they tell you. There really isn't any way for people on Yahoo Answers to give you a proper assessment, for many reasons. Height can work for you and against you. There are plenty modeling mediums.. runway/retail ads... so on... You should go and get a consultation at an agency. Good luck!

Sure you can be a model, but remember you can be a hand model, leg model, face or someother part of your body. A lot of stores are doing things with women that are your size. Never give up.

Kate Moss is like one of the shortest runaway models and she is 5'7.....Definitely 5'2 is too short, but maybe you could be a model for photoshoots and stuff like that... oh, and dont let the pressure make you anorexic

Most runway models need to be at least 5'9...but you could still do other types of work like catalogs and commercials.
