Gee, Tracy, it seems like you want us to do your homework for you.

Did you not pay attention during the class on conversion factors?

Things like:

1 hour = 60 minutes = 3600 seconds

1 meter = 100 centimeters = 1000 millimeters

1 meter^2 = 10000 cm^2 = 1000000mm^2

1 kilogram = 1000 grams

Those conversion factors are all you have needed to solve every single one of your questions tiday.

A joule is a Newton-meter or kg-m^2/s^2. The "-" here (and below) means "times".

(12.1 g-m^2/min^2)(kg/10^3g)(1 min/60 s)^2
