He may need a shrink about the whole stress thing. But what you can do is to make him a great dinner, have a nice long hot bath together, wild sex and a massage. Sex always helps with stress, health and condition. Don't worry, you will solve everything up. Good luck with your man.

There are some non addictive medications that you can get otc to use as a sleep aid, just ask your pharmacist.
If you don't want to take that route, then offer him a glass of wine or a drink in the evening. I'm not saying let him get drunk, but alcohol does relax you and may help with relaxing him enough to get some good sleep. A hot bath would help, as would some more intimate measures, even if it's just a massage to relax his muscles.

But if it continues you should recommend that he see a doctor. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

some men get stressed and don't like to talk, just let him know you love him no matter what and if he wants to talk just sit and listen don't judge. then try a vitamin called MELATONIN 1/2 hour before he goes to sleep, should put his mind at rest so he can fall asleep. you can get this at wal-mart. i believed you may of tried other ways but if nothing else works try this vitamin , what else do you have to loss but another good night rest?

i think i might be able to help you, avoid all caffine products at night and alcohol has been known to wreck a person's sleep he also needs to lower his stress factor himself there is so much you can do i reccomend a nice back rub perhaps reading a good book he likes might help him

My nephew kept to himself all the time too...until he snapped and nearly killed his infant baby....he ended up in prison. What your husband is doing is dangerous. Tell him you want to arrange a nice quiet dinner...soft lights...nice music...THEN...at 8 P.M. every night have a cuddle time ...for one hour. No sex...just crawl in bed and lay there close...and use this time for your talk time. No yelling...or arguments...just cuddle and soft chat....kisses are allowed. Then IF he opens up and speaks what is on his mind...
do whatever..that is your own business. My husband and I have our cuddle time 8-9P.M. every night...the rest of the world can dissapear..this OUR TIME.
