Yes they can. You can also try Mederma for scars. They won't go away completely, but you can make them less noticeable with the vitamin E oil & Palmer's Cocoa Butter.

Mederma is ok. Also try using Peter Thomas Roth Fade Cream. Its pricey, but works well. If its a small scar, use salicylic acid on it. You can also go to a dermatologist and get prescription stregth Hydroquinone. Its the ingrediant in most over the counter fade creams. Its usually only 2%, so the doctor prescribed one works much better.

I am a serious A cup. I am not happy with how small they are but since I have a tall and very slim form I've come to realize that I would look worse with big implants.

Are you talking about implants or a reduction? With implants there is minimal to no scarring. Unfortunately with reductions, there is going to be scarring that is hard to get rid of, but I suppose they can be minimized to a certain extent.

There are patches, I believed called Tegaderm, that you place on scars like a bandaid and leave for a week or so.
