you have a few coices. you can tell them descretely (ie. start picking in your nose and point at them. lol) you could shout it out "DAMN THATS A BIG *** BOOGER!!!" or you could just tell them like a civilized person would.

yes i would tell them I've done it before i just can't talk to people with that stuff in their nose I'm not one that would look at a booger and talk about it or the person later the last person that I talked to that had a booger I told them and they were so thankful that I did because they had an important meeting after meeting with me.

THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO TELL THEM BECAUSE IT WOULD BE EMBARRASSING IF SOMEONE TOLD THEM LATER. THEN THEY WOULD BE FEELING BAD BECAUSE THEY WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE DAY W/ A BIG BOOGER IN THEIR NOSE.

I would tell them, but be polite and discreet and say something along the lines of "You should blow your nose..."
