I keep getting this error for certain webpages. A box appears with this error message and I click on OK in the box and then another box appears and says if I continue to have this problem I should restart my computer. I click on OK and I restart my computer and it still happens. It's only certain webpages. Does anyone know how to fix this?? This is the error message I get: EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 017f:780154a7.

What is the website you are trying to load? Does it happen on all website? Or just some? Perhaps you shouldn't go to that page. Could be a really bad program site?

Most page fault errors are caused by Windows being unable to load its swap file (a temporary file Windows uses when it needs additional memory for opeing programs or pages.) Recommend that you clear the file in your browser (with Internet Eplorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, and the Delete Files button)

Secondly, you should defrag your hard drive. Click on the My Computer icon so you can see the icon for your C Drive. Right click on the C drive, and select properties. Click on the Tools tab and then the Defrag Now button. (Then go do something for a while as if can take a while to complete on a bad fragmented hard drive.)

Easy fix? Get Mozilla or Netscape and stop using IE.
A more complicated solution would be to search for MSVCRT.DLL and see what comes up. Also try searching for "EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL", you will get a bunch of possibilities.
