Innocent people always die in war. Guilt and innocence is determined by courts. War is a political act taken up by militaries. Military behavior and judicial behavior are two different things.
Some people think that war is an answer to some political frustration. While I may or may not agree with you, people in power make decisions to engage in war or to not engage in war.
Same with judicial behavior. Some people think that guilt or innocence is best determined by the judiciary.
We are comparing unlike sets when we get into guilt or innocence and war or peace. Neither has anything to do with the other.

Casualties of War are a given, no matter the cause, no matter the reason, both sides are going to suffer from causalities. We are at War to protect this Great Nation that we live in and have the privileges and liberties that many do not have. Who's ground would you rather fight on, our own soil or the terrorist soil? We were caught of guard with the terrorist of 9/11 and many innocent people died for an unjust cause, we do not want to suffer this type of terrorism again. We are at war to keep terrorism out of our country. Our men and women of Armed Forces are there to protect us and serve, everyone should support them!!! They sacrifice a lot to keep us safe and give us freedom!! What the media fails to report is the good these guys are doing!! We only hear of the negative!! We do not hear how appreciative those people are to have us there fighting for freedom and freedom from a tyrant ruler. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS AND KEEP WATCH OVER THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!

"Because it doesn't matter how many innocents have to die. We have to end terrorism"
At least that's the logic the warmongers in the US use. There is no logic behind most wars. There's no obvious good guy or bad guy. The US can't even define who the enemy is. "Terrorist" is too vague a term to use especially since it is applied indiscriminately.

America is at war because the leadership would do anything to further their capitalistic gains in the oil industry. Also George W. Bush is an imperialist.

Because we need a good old fashioned shooting war every now and then to stay sharp and keep us focussed. And we can't afford to loose our precious bodily fluids.
