I have two friends (lol this really is friends and not me), one is my best friend of years and the other was my friend first, and well also a you know F* buddy. Well they date now. They've been toegther for a year. The other day he and i talked and i told him i'd never let a friend be stepped on (cheated on), if i knew it was happening. THIS was when i thought my best friend was a better person and wasnt a cheater, now i've came across new evidence thats saying i'm wrong and she is wrong too. . . . do i tell the other friend? This will pretty much kill my relationship with my best friend, who by the way knows ALL my secrets.

It isn't so much about doing the "right" thing as it is doing what YOU think is right. I would say just stay out of it. It's so common when you're young and trust me, when someone's cheating on you, you know!! Trust me, you know.

couldn't tell if it was the guy or girl cheating but regardless, she'll/he'll find out and probably already knows. Just leave it be and when they're all down and out for the 15 minutes that they will be until they move on, they'll come to you for comfort and that's when you'll actually be doing the right thing-being there for them when they need support.

That is why you do not tell your secrets to anyone. Have you every heard the saying "you can keep a secret between three friends if two of them are dead." If you feel really strong about it, then tell if you don't mind your secrets out there for whoever. If not, I suggest you let them find out on their own or set them up to get caught. But do it nonchalant.

Talk to your cheating friend. Let him/her know that what they are doing isn't right. If they really are a true friend or "relationship holder" they will admit and apologize or maybe even beg for forgivness. If they stand there and blow it off, they aren't someone i would consider a friend... it happened to me before (my friend knew all my secrets) she shouldn't tell them, and she won't... if she does... it's funny.. get a laugh at yourself

I would tell him, then go to your best friend and tell her that you are still her friend but you're his friend too, and you could not just stand by and see him be cheated on.
sometimes a friend's job is to risk the friendship for the sake of something more important. she will appreciate that some day, and thank you for it.

its between them - stay away. If anything tell the person who is cheating to either stop or you are going to tell the other person.
if they dont stop then you say something if you really have to

Is it better to be honest with your friend or are your secrets more important?
