it really depends - you will want to call your doctor or nurse to see what they recommend. without bleeding - it may be perfectly fine. but there's no way anyone HERE could know for sure.

many women have mild pinch-like cramping in early pregnancy and go on to have full term babies. but it could also be the first signs of a miscarriage (i know it was for me) so really - call your doctor to reassure yourself.

they may be able to do a scan - or check your hormone levels to make sure everything looks good on that end.

Is it painful cramping? I've had a miscarriage and I have also been blessed with a son. I didn't cramp with my son but I'm pregnant again and I've been having cramping and sharp pains in my side. My doctor said it was fine and in fact normal. The pain in my side is because I got pregnant when my son was only 10 months so it's a short recovery time. The cramping, she said, is very common in most pregnancies. I was worried that I was going to have another miscarriage but I'm a week shy of my second trimester and I have faith it'll be okay. Good luck and God bless.

I had a little cramping during the first 5 weeks of pregnancy. Doctor said it was my "insides" making room for the baby. But since you are obviously high-risk, visit your OB/GYN immediately! Cramping can be normal, but it might not be. Everyone is different. Better safe than sorry! Good luck!

I had the same thing for me it was just everything moving and rearranging it felt more like a muscle cramp when it stretches than a bad cramp. Call your OB/GYN if you have any questions and talk to one of the nurses they should be able to help.

I would seriously go see your doctor as soon as possible. Cramping could mean that you are having either a threatened miscarriage or a miscarriage that is missed. So go see your doc ASAP!

Taking into mind your history, it probably would be best to see a doctor. Specially since you're still in the first trimester, your doctor should be notified about it.

it could be......your body (uterus) is preparing to start growing. So they could be growning pains, however, I am not a Dr. and I do not know for sure, can only give you my opinion. With you having miscarriages in the past I would go and see a dr.
