im a freshmen going to be a sophomore next year but i really like this one girl that is a junior. what can i do?

Become her friend first, and get to know her better. Then you'll have a better chance of seeing if you have a chance with her in a relationship.
If you already know her well, try to spend more time with her one on one so she can see you romantically.
Either way, don't play games. You could just go up to her (while she's not with anyone) and tell her upfront that you are attracted to her and you want to get to know her better. That's always a plus with alot of girls....but then again, it depends on what kind of girl she is.

Write a letter suggesting that she has a secret admirer (that would be u). Give her some hints about yourself, such as where your favorite place is at school, or the color of your eyes or hair. Make it a scavenger hunt sort of thing, and leave clues, it will keep her interested because it's romantic and mysterious, because u put a lot of time and thought into it and because she will be learning things about you while trying to figure out the mystery of u!

One day ask her to go on a date with you. Make it all romantic and sweet. Light candles, and dress up nice. Prepare a nice meal. Give her choclate once she arrives. Then once you two get really into the date tell her how you feel.

Dude, just approach this girl somewhere on campus and say "Hi, I really like your eyes (smile, hair, skin.... whatever else youreally like)." Complement her on that, then introduce yourself, see if she replies with her name, and if she does, then carry on the conversation about student life/studies. Keep it brief for the first time, and say in the end "I enjoyed chatting with you, would you mind if I ask for your e-mail address or messenger ID". Most girls would give out their electronic contact information much easier than phone numbers. Let me know if this method works out for you.
