Of things that are relatively inexpensive of course. (This excludes classic cars and real estate for example). The sorts of things I am thinking of are used golf clubs, art, antiques, jewelry, ect.

You mean what's the current "Beanie baby" etc.

You could try trolling any stores that are in the process of closing, buy out a lot of CDs, DVDs, video games, etc, and marking up reasonably. But that will definitely take a risk.
