First of all, you should know that what you put into your body is an accurate reflection of your skin. If you want clear skin, you need to eat clean and healthy foods, especially vitamin-rich veggies like carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach. Just implementing these as snacks (daily) instead of chips or something will make a HUGE difference.

That said, I prefer Neutrogena products. I really like the OIL FREE line of products. I use the OF acne wash/mask in the morning, the OF acne wash in the afternoon, and the OF mask/scrub as an exfoliant in the evening. I also use ht OF MOISTURE SPF 15 after each washing to protect my skin.

If it is really bad, you may want to see a dermatologist. I am on the prescription cream FINACEA, which is working well for me. I tried the Proactiv system and was not a fan. Everything works differently for everyone.

I can tell you that I have been researching pimple cures for over a decade and the ONLY thing I've found to be a "sure" thing is the veggies and eating properly. Cutting back on sugar, increasing vitamins, veggies, and fruit is the only way!

Use a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel once a day, all over your face. Also use a facial cleanser twice a day, something soothing like cetaphil. Use a facial moisturizer with sunscreen. Exfoliate occasionally.

Something you might want to look into: pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). Search for it, check out the info. Works for me!
