its only 1yr old guarantee just ran out please help

oh crumbs i wont say this well i will say this
candy = hoover= rubbish now
is it definatley switching on?
sounds stupid it could be a fuse?
if not call a local repair man out tomorow

I had this problem with an old washing machine. Pull it out, take the top off (make sure the electrics are off first), and check all the connectors are fixed in place. You will know what I mean when I see them - they are like little clasps that sit on a small copper tab. Beware though that this may void any warranty you have, and is also dangerous if you are not DIY minded. Like I say, I once had the same issue, and solved it like this. It was just one of the connectors loose. If you call a pro out to it, have him check them before he orders a new pump for you - will save a lot of money.

i know what it is!!!
its the programme thingy......you will never believe this- i have exactly the same problem....with same machine- mine is 8 months old.... got candy tech coming back out tomorrow for the third time in 4 weeks
