I think it is prob easier to express but all of my opinions I have been working on and will continue, everyone seems to have so much to say, I would love sitting in a room with all of them and discussing. I would wonder though if everyone could keep it at words or if they would get violent. Some of the people on here do not seem very open or loving. I try to be both (I am human so it does not always work) but I would like to think I try very hard. There are very few rules with my religion, and I think that the only one that people should remember is Love, love thyself, love each other, love God... It is not that tough. So I would have no prob and would prob enjoy sitting around discussing why I think love is the basis to all true Godly things!

I would, but the only difference is if we were all in a room together, there would need to be some kind of order to it. In any case, it would probably be difficult to get a word in. I mean I happen to be more on the quiet side, but others may be on the louder side. On the computer, there's no way to know, therefore that is not an issue, but in the real world it would be. It wouldn't be impossible to organize all of us, but it would take more effort.

The safety of distance an anonymity always makes it easier to speak, whether that means saying "bleep you" or "George Bush is a war criminal".
The only difference is that inflammatory stuff like the first statement doesn't get one deservedly punched out because the speaker can hide behind a screen, while the second statement prevents being undeservedly punched out _because_ you're behind a screen.

Being on the computer makes it easier to complete thoughts but loses the subtlety of face to face communication.

Sometimes being on the computer is easier.. but then again, it would be nice to see who is asking the questions and who is answering them..

i guess that the way you write in ( i mean when you are asking or answering the questions on the computer) will express ur personality already!!therefor, no i don't mind to say whatever i want face to face unless it doesn't hurt somebody's feelings!!

I gotta go with Douglas L's answer, how true...that's as real as it gets with online chat and forum interactions. It's like "Shields Scotty behind the monitor" or like someone acting out aggressively in a car...until they step out, then 9 times outta 10, they're soft as a la-la bye. Yeah, i don't disrespect people with words, so I would speak as I am now without any apologies. Peace.

I don't care what people think. I'd ask anyone anything anywhere face to face or whatever. You should all express youselves and not care what people say

I'll tell anyone what I think on or off the computer. having a screen in front of me versus a person, makes no difference.

Its easier to think of how you will use words on the computer.. you have a minute to think about it and edit your message..
