I want some evidences. Can private investigators help? What is their fees and what can the investigators do that will help me file and get the money.

Private investigators are pretty expensive, you can call around from the phone book. They can do whatever you want, to following a person, checking all sorts of financial records, taking pictures. They are pretty thorough, more so than an attorney, who like to just sit behind a desk. If you have the money to spare then it would be worth your time.

don't waste ur time or $$......find a good attorney with sharp teeth and let him//her do all the work for u
