go to wal mart in the ethnic hair care section...they would have skin lightener...well my wal mart in nc does

Some sallons have a bleaching service, I have seen people bleach almost ny area of skin. Best wishes

if you don't want to get it professionally done then there are skin lighteners in the form of a moisturizer that are usually sold at drug stores (eckerd, walgreens) and they probably have them at targets or walmarts too.
