Sometimes vomiting strongly will cause ruptures in the stomach lining from your abdominal convulsions and cause blood to be expelled as well. Regardless, you should go to a clinic just in case.

Call your doctor today. It isn't good to throw up blood anytime, but when you are pregnant it's very bad. Call your doctor and tell them what is going on. It could be that you have thrown up enough that you have irritated the lining of either your stomach or your esophogus. It could an ulcer. It could be many other things. Call your doctor now!!

I can't think of an occasion when throwing up blood ISN'T a bad sign, let alone when you're preggers. Unless you're a vampire who's purging or something...

Maybe, just maybe, you should see a doctor.

it is bad to throw up blood at any time. Are you sure it was blood? was it possibly something red you ate or drank? Beets, ketchup, koolaid? if its bright red you may just have an irritated throat thats bleeding, if its black then you need to get to the ER
