my definition of god is generally different than others. my view of the universe is that it is a living beingthat grows andmatures. what we call god is the brain of that body. yes that would mean that you and i are universes full of stars and planets and people

God denotes the deity believed by monotheists to be the sole creator and ruler of the universe. Conceptions of God can vary widely, despite the use of the same term for them all.

The God of monotheism, pantheism or panentheism, or the supreme deity of henotheistic religions, may be conceived of in various degrees of abstraction: as a powerful, human-like, supernatural being, or as the deification of an esoteric, mystical or philosophical category, the Ultimate, the summum bonum, the Absolute Infinite, the Transcendent, or Existence or Being itself, the ground of being, the monistic substrate, that which we cannot understand, etc. The more abstract of these positions regard any anthropomorphic mythology and iconography associated with God either sympathetically as mere symbolism, or unfavourably as blasphemous.

Theologians and philosophers have studied countless conceptions of God since the dawn of civilization. The question of the existence of God classically falls under the branch of philosophy known as metaphysics, but is also one of the key discussions taking place within the field of the philosophy of religion.

GOD. for me is my father, father is the real creator, of life on earth, Mother is GOD, she makes us to operate since she is a girl and Teacher is the ultimate GOD and best teacher is work. Working for service will make you near to God. God means self satisfation. If you are satisfied from food give hunger the remaining food, if you have enough to wear, give the undressed some thing. But the giver should not give in advertisement or some sympathy. The thing should be given with left hand and taken from Right hand. You will se God within Yourself. No need to visit any brick made buildings. But make sure you must be cleaner to visualise God. God wants pure hearts with love and caring for others. You will find many animals on earth care and respect each living. Lion respect dears as they kill only ill dears, and Snake kill small prays. Like wise man should stop killing as this animals need someone to care for. Let them live first. God Will Be there Where Love Is Being Made To Other Forms of Creatures.

1 IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

The greatest drug dealer of all time, he's the 'opiate' of the masses. Something to keep us from being depressed by allowing us to believe in an alternate reality, rather than Objective Reality.

Objective reality is depressing knowing that there's no afterlife and only annihilation awaits us at death. Without a god, there'd be no one to keep us company in times of peril and need.

Read the Westminster Confession and see for yourself. I'd paste it on, but it would take up a lotta space.
But, I don't think you're smart enough to look it up. Did someone who can read help you with this question? Does your mommy know you are using the computer?

god is the 'thing' that created us. maybe he is not jesus, but someone created us, and if it didnt, then at least someone is the cause of the big bang, or whatever. the idea is that someone, somewhere did something that made us exist. that's god and we must thank him, and it has nothing to do with our mistakes
