tell WHO'S looking at your myspace? Like a myspace tracker?

However it only works if the people who look at your myspace also have it. Otherwise they come up as unknown. So they're trying to spread the word i guess.

No you can not.
It really doesn't matter though, just be happy someone is actually looking at it. If you see sites advertising myspace trackers or whatever, do not go to them, because they will actually track YOUR websites like spyware.

All those trackers are fake. But set your profile to private and only accept friends that you know. Delete strangers and ya.... than that should be safe.

No, but they have this "program" that says you can tell who is looking at your page, but all it does is just put adware on your computer. Not good at all.
