They don't get sex too often or not enough. Sex releases endorphins and releases tension, hence you generally feel better after sex. Agree or not?

I agree. Here in Brazil we have a say: A person is irritable because do not get sex too often.

No, I have great sex on average 4-5 times a week and I'm still pi**ed off. I think it has something to do with my intolerance of stupidity.

Stinging nettles can also release endorphins and it is probably the help found in acupuncture. What sex has to do with it, I do not know.
Then again, maybe that is the reason I wake up at 5.30am every morning...................

Actually, I feel grumpy during the day if I had sex in the morning. I guess it depends on the person.

i can agree with you to a point, but i would say that the feeling after sex is somewhat fleeting and wouldn't be sustained in the long run...
i would say more likely that they don't get enough sleep...
