some insane guy wrote a book against the bible and just said it was true! am i the onley one tha realizes it's a lie!?

its a BOOK..a FICTIONAL BOOK! Its not meant to be taken as TRUTH! I am Catholic, I know what I believe in, and I read the book. It doesn't go against the Bible, it just suggests possibilities that maybe someone in history altered the truth. Dan Brown is an incredible writer because of the fact that he can write FICTION and make people believe that it is the honest to God truth! Its a wonderful book & he NEVER says that it is the truth...he says the CHARACTERS in the book believe it is the truth!

Anyone can walk into Barnes and Noble bookstore and see that it is sold in the FICTION section. Plus, I know something of architecture history. World famous Chinese-American architect I.M Pei did not design the glass pyramid at the Louvre Museum in Paris so that it would be right above Mary Magdalene's grave or that the base of the pyramid would meet the tip of another smaller pyramid design to represent the symbols of male and female. Pleeeeaaase. Plus, I heard that in the book, the author mentioned how many glass panes are in the glass pyramid at the Louvre and the author was inaccurate, he got the number all wrong. FICTION!!!!!!!

Author Dan Brown never claimed that the Davinci Code was true.
It was meant to be read for entertanment purposes only. I'ts a work of fiction, dummy!

There was a show on the history channel called "Breaking the Divinchi code" about how many things in the book were untrue, including history, geography ect ect. Tune in if they show it again.

Because The Davinci Code is a wack movie. I should know I watched it the first day it premeired. Just messing, I don't either. So your not alone.

it's not true and it's not a lie. it's a story and why can't you and others see that. no one takes the movie 'star wars' to be true..... it's a movie/book- just a story- wakey wakey
