But vampires can't die from heart attacks because they are reasonably immortal (a few exceptions) so even if they are at a higher risk of a non fatal heart attack -I think it would be worth drinking the blood of those that you want to.

I didn't know they only attacked fat people. Well, no of course they don't have a higher risk of heart attack. They are only drinking their blood, I don't think fat is usually stored in the blood. And as far as I know, the undead can't have heart attacks.

Well, it is common folklore that when a vampire drinks blood, that blood changes, it becomes "free of live things"; I suppose that could be applied by saying either wise:
a) no, because the fat would evaporate(?) or change into something that can be used in the magical transformation that takes places when the vampyre drinks(from an old and scary-looking thing to a beautiful and rosy-colored person).
or
b)yes, but these wouldn't be heart attracts: the vampyre would basically die of hunger because or obstruction in the arteries.... :D

That made me laugh! Maybe, and that's why when you see movies the victims are ALWAYS skinny,good looking people.Seriously have you ever seen a vampire movie where they attack fat people eating junk food?! Vampires are obviously health conscious

Yes. That means they will have many, many, many heart attacks. My question is this. If a vampire 'turns' a fat person, does that person remain fat for all times? Or is is like instant lipo? If so, then sign me up.

NO! vampires have the unique power of differentiating blood from all other unwanted body fluids.this helps them stay fat free and purely sanguivorous. like early man learnt about flying by watching birds, early vampires learnt pure blood suction observing the mosquitoes.
but they dont od heart disease.they die only with a silver bullet
