Ok, so I've read up on what some people say is good to write in baby shower thank you cards. My problem is that I don't know who gave me what. My mother threw the shower, and there were only people from her job that I've never met! I know it's very thoughtful of them to buy something for someone they never met... but how do I actually thank them? Please help!

You can say something along the lines of thank you for the lovely gift and focus the rest of the card on How nice it was they were able to attend and celebrate this wonderful time in your life .. etc etc ... If you have any other showers make sure you have a friend write down what everyone gets you while you open the gifts that way you are able to write a more personal note next time. I have someone do that for me at all occasions - kids b-days, showers etc.

Just write them a genaric card thanking them for coming to the shower

Just write a generic card and say thank you for celebrating and thank you so much for the nice gift.

Just write..."Thank you for the wonderful baby gift" on every card that way ur not too specfic

gurl get a list of everybody that was there and send them a thankyou note hell even those who did not get u a gift will feel like they have to after they recieved the thanku note well worked for me

I would say, "Thanks so much for your generous gift! I really appreciate it so very much. Thanks for coming, it was so nice to visit with you."
Be vague..and you're out of the woods.
