well either in germany (but i bet theyre sold out now) or on TV. It'll be on everyday you'll just need to check the times. Like there's two on today and im watching one now and it is live. They swap games from BBC1 to ITV1 so you just need to have look what side its on. Don't forget to cheer on England!
