Aeris is dead and she wouldn't come back anymore... poor flower girl...poor fans....
And sorry, Zack is a non-playable character. Although you can get to play him at Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.

No and no sadly, although it would be cool. I do rememeber the EGM hoax that was run about bringing Aeris back, I'm pretty sure it was the April Fool's Joke of the year for them.

nope! it was just a rumor. trust me, i tried for weeks on end. imagine how i felt when i called the people at square enix and they started laughing at me! sorry to disappoint. but hey, at least you are playing one of the best games ever made. cheers to people with great taste in games!
