First off dont nair down there!!! its not meant for that area and says so one the package. Try waxing but if you cant then I recommend Bikini Bump Blaster ($32.00 for multiple uses) you can get it at Sephora and other beauty stores. I think its by completely bare (im sure they have a website) it removes those bumps. There are other companies that make them too so if $32.00 is too much ask a Sephora rep and they will show you all they have.

Those bumps are called razor burn and can appear if you use a dull razor. To reduce them make sure to exfoliate the area before shaving. Also soak in a bath for a few minutes before shaving to soften the hair. Use plenty of shaving cream and a new razor. There are some shaving creams like Aveeno sensitive skin that help reduce razor burn.

If you will put some deodorant on the shaved area right after shaving, the bumps will never appear.

Shave EVERY DAY with a sharp razor and you will not get razor burn. Works for me.
