For me- why are so many untalented people able to fool the masses into believing they are special? So special that kids (&adults) will starve themselves, take drugs, and overly spend to be "like that person".
I think it is because people are clueless sheep who feel valid as a human being only by following behind someone they think defines valid. Sick & very sad. I hope you all will be your own person.

I agree to a certain extent. I agree that there are many many people that get sucked into "following". If that were not true, huge corporations would not allocate such a large portion of their assents on advertising by associating their products to sex symbols, popularity, beauty, and heroism. A certain perfume, brand of jeans, or fancy car does NOT define who you are or make you a better person.
The reason that I only agree to a certain extent is because I, personally have a hard time as labeling "people", in general, as "clueless sheep". I do agree that there are leaders and followers, but calling the general population "clueless sheep" seems a bit harsh. I have more faith in fellow human-beings, even the followers.
A village can not be full of chiefs.

I really like what you said...take a bow, i applaud.
As for my wonder and question. I always wonder whether this reality is actually a nice portrayal of my time, and isn't as flavourish, and colourful as we see it.
What we enjoy, and call beautiful, is often a representation of what our societies' call and name beautiful.
For an example, clothin, furniture, even plants and buildings..... In our time, we love the spaceship like buildings full of mirrors.. and the furniture became more geometrical in shapes, so on...We look at them and believe they are beautiful. But what really defines beauty. Is it the media? or the perception and appreciation of our kind?
What truly is luxury and lavish? is it the attainment of more of what we see as beautiful, or a peaceful, and wise mind that can see things for what they really are...THINGS!
Again....is reality just a just a nice portrayal of my time... or is it an illusion that only exists in our mind, driven to it by our senses and learned behaviour?
