sometimes after i eat i will drink a lot of water. i mean like 2 liters! is this bad for you? will it mess up my system or something?

If you drink more than 10 cups of water a day it can wash out your electrolites, which you need to stay healthy! It can also wash out important minerals and vitamins like Potassium that are water-soluble. So try to stick to 8 or 9 cups of water a day. If you tend to drink it too fast, use smaller cups, or put the cup down between every sip. It will help you regulate how much and how fast you drink it.

PS: Water CAN hurt you if you drink TOO much of it, just so you know, because I noticed a couple other people said it's good no matter how much you drink. No offense or anything :-)

Drinking lots of water is something you are supposed to do. However if drink lots after eating is causing upset to your stomach you might want to slow down on water consumption after meals

No! Of course not. The water hydrates you and is good for you. I drink a lot of water too when I eat.

Technically, you should not drink with your meal. The digestive enzymes in your body need to break down the food to help absorb/metabolize it.
Drinking dilutes these enzymes, making digestion harder & slower. It would be better if you drank an hour before or 2 hours after your meals.

Absoltely Not! Water is the best thing. It cleans your system. I drink a ton of water too! It's absoluely fine!

It will actually clean out your system faster but the smarter thing to do would be to drink the water BEFORE you eat so you feel fuller faster!!

NO YOU WILL JUST GAIN WATER IN YOUR BODY AND LOOK BLOADED. BUT WATER NEVER HURTS THE BODY NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU DRINK.
