have you checked the filter?
i guess its at the front of the machine at the bottom
be carefull and make sure you have some towels ready for the water
you could have gotten a lot of tissues or fibres stuck
also try sticking it onto a spin only and see if that helps

Check the filter, that happened to me, the dryer wasnt drying and getting the clothes wet again, I called a plumber and it turned out that the filter was totally gummed up with crap, make sure you clear the filter out at least once a month

you have a sock or knickers in the hose that goes into pump. use pliers or grips to compress the clips that hold hose in place.trust me I've had it happen, my sock wife's knickers

check the outgoing pipe or if able to open check the drainage port
