First, I am curious where you heard this. I am very active in the political internet world and I haven't heard of this!
Secondly - he can't do that. He has served as president and no matter which party he goes to, he can't be president again.
Which is a good thing!

The Constitution prohibts anyone serving more than two terms as president, so Bush could not run again. He could be asked to be his party's vice presidental candidate if the presidential candidate agreed, or he could actually run for another elected office e.g., senator, representative.
But I would rather have a couple of 14 year-old girls in the White House rather than another Bush.

Wouldn't matter if he did he still couldn't run for another term. It doesn't say the party can't serve more than two terms. If it did neither a Democrat or a Republican could serve as President. One person may NOT serve more than 10 (two full terms + two years of an unexpired term of a previous president)years as presidnet under any circumstances.
Are you as ignorant about other subjects as you are about government?

The law states that someone can only be president for two terms. Unless they are vice president and the president gets killed more than halfway through the presidential term, he can serve the rest of that term and an additional two terms. In Bush's case, he's already served two full terms and the latter part of the law doesn't apply.

Changing parties does not change the fact that he has already been elected to two terms and can not be elected for a third.

He can't run again on a different party per the constitution. He could run again as Vice President though. I doubt he'd win when over 60% of the country hate him. Although Diebold (electronic voting machine manufacturer) could deliver the election to him again like they did with the last election. It's all corrupt!

Stop listening to the Democrats. They have went off the deep end with all their lies and propaganda and target all weak minded people who will believe ANYTHING because they have figured out that a lot of people will not think for themselves or are too lazy to seek the truth. It is human nature to believe lies and negativity and they feed off of this to the max.
