I saw a music video recently however I can't remember what the song was or the artist. It looked/sounded 80s/90s. The main singer was a woman with short(?) blonde hair, and for parts was wearing a full length skin tight black dress. I remember the background to be vaguely pink, and it may have been set on a boat at some points. Please help.

It sounds like it could have been The Eurhytmics, or the lead singer Annie Lennox doing her solo thing. Was the song upbeat or slower?
