Wait until at least 18!
Teenagers are finding out who they really are. They may be easily impressed with someone who is "settled" in life, has an apartment, an income, a car etc.
Yet, they may change a lot in what they like and want before they are 21. In my view, it would be better for her to wait until she is at least 18 to get married as a legal adult. When married and things do not work out, everything is more traumatic and more difficult. She can still be friends until 18 or 21 and see how the friendship will develop.
Most often young teenagers get married in a hurry because there is a baby on the way. This may be so, and other considerations may come into play.

It;s one thing that she's involved with a older man but getting married to him that should not even happen, when a man is older then a women he intends to try and take over her,like tell her what to do because he thinks she younger then him she don't know any better.It would be good if you sat her down as a friend and talk to her.

That's something the parents need to take control with. A fifteen year old must have permission from her parents, so without that she can't get married.

B) Thats illegal.
If i were you i would sit down with her and ask her if she is insane. And why shes marrying him. Or you could talk to her parents. Just make sure your getting the full stroy betweeen her and the guy.

if HE is healthy,caring,loving,and possesses good character She should not bother for his age its not compulsory that less gap between age can give all the love,caring,emotions she needs if she is mature and her body structure is well maintained she will have NICE feelings she must go for marriage

Her parents are actually letting her do this? I think they should wait a few years, just until she is older anyways.
