Is there a scientific reason for this or just an old wives tale?

the only reason for that is that it reduces blood flow and you dont heal that quiq but except that no problem

wiwes tale just like u get a cold couse of rain cold, or wind,
cold i coused by viruses
cant blame neathertal thinkin that earth was the center of the universe
when 21century people are SO ignorant thinks colds are coused
by ice cream, or cold weather
just show how exidigly dumb and ignorant most people are
even in this info age
