My girlfriend's Mac (OS X) and my Win XP laptops are on same wireless connection at home. I want to share my music files with her. How do I do this

Why not!
You can create your own Wireless Network on an XP Machine, say, MyNetwork, go up into wireless advanced properties and check the box which says something about peer-to-peer adhoc network or something as such, now from your girl's Mac search over for other Networks around, the notebook might definately detect your network around the vicinity, all you gotta do is connect and authenticate...

I have shared stuff with a Mac on Cable, and I doubt that the wireless network might not work, but hey!!! do give it a try...

plug them both into the same HUB or a server that is plugged into the wireless router.

If you switch on sharing in your iTunes Preferences, she will see them in her iTunes.
