First clean out your cookies and your history -> In Internet Explorer, goto Tools -> Internet Options.
Choose: Delete Cookies..
When done, choose: Delete Files and checkmark also Delete all offline content..
Next you probably still have a list in searchbars from for example yahoo..
The way I do it and find it the easiest way, is to press the down key on your keyboard to pull up the list of words in there you have searched before..
Then hold your mouse still on the first word and press delete...
If you keep your mouse nice and still on this first line, all you have to do is keep pressing delete (or hold it) untill your list is empty..
Hope this helps ;o)
