Get someone around you who isn't in the picture to make you laugh. I have a naturally pouty face too, this is what I do.

i always laugh wen i take a picture so it looks natural
wen u laugh, it shows ur best smile

stretch you mouth open wide before posing for the camera... practice alot in front of a mirror to see how you want your mouth & face to be held... practice, practice, practice!

all u have to do is relaxed use enough lip gloss and make-up be yourself and thats it. i tried it and it works.
