I've always wondered if an overweight person's organs enlarged to keep them from moving around, or if the extra fat kept them in place.

The stomach, kidneys and bladder can become enlarged due to problems such as inflammation. So technically, yes, organs can "grow" due to complications arising from obesity.

does over work the organs.
just the stomach gets larger.
everything else is fat buildup

No, they only get a wide wide coat of fat around them.
