No. Lotion works best when applied liberally to bread after being in the toaster at a number 4 setting(4 out of 10). Consume with milk or water...whatever the label on the back says if 'accidentally' consumed.

Yes because if you don't then your skin will look like an aligator skin. And then when you feel your skin it would be dry. And when you put lotion then it won't look and feel weird.
