How can i get the new Yahoo Photo beta?

go to http://promo.yahoo.com/att/newmail and click on the the try it now. Or go to http://mrd.mail.yahoo.com/try_beta.

Added note: I just realized I answered for email beta, not photo beta.

All the new services are listed at http://next.yahoo.com/. There is not photo beta listed. So, I don't think they have a beta currently available. Maybe you meant the mail beta... so I will leave the first part of my answer up there.
