No. You're a stalker if you do the following:
1) Call twenty times a day to see if he's there.
2) Cruise around the block near his apartment to see if he's there.
3) Find out where's he's going to be and just "happen to be there."
If you're doing those things, then you're stepping into Restraining Order territory. Just call him up and ask him out. If he says "no," then move on. You're only a stalker when you begin to obsess about him.

Only if you call him---he asks you never to call him again---and you continue calling him. Or if you frequently wait for him in the hallway or show up at his house uninvited and unannounced.
If you haven't used the number yet to call him, I doubt you are a stalker. But I would say you are far too immature, by your question, to be concerned with boys.

No, you are only a stalker if you start calling and hanging up. Or, if you start asking his friends about him instead of actually talking to him yourself then you should throw the number away and seek counseling.

All you are now is someone who has his number.
If you call and bother him a lot, then you are a stalker.
If you hide out and watch his house from the bushes, you are a stalker.
If you follow him when he goes shopping, you are a stalker.

No your not. Now if you would call him and hang up or keep calling him and not say anything then I would say you were. Go to the guy and give him your number. Or ask him yourself for his number. Only you and your friend know that you already have it.

If you're calling it constantly and hanging up or just breathing into the phone, then yes. However, if you just got his number and havent really called it yet, then no.
