No, the brain is not connected to the nasal passages unless something is seriously wrong... and then losing brain cells sneezing would be the least of your problems.
I hope this helps you some.

First of all, this cannot happen. Are you looking through a microscope? Because cells are very small, too small to see with the human eye. The reason you sneeze is because your body is trying to rid itself of foreign bodies, such as dust, dead skin, even small bugs and mites. You must have inhaled some thing airborne that's all. your body is just naturally protecting you.

No or your brain is encased in your skull first and then a membrane so it all stays in place-where a cell to somehow come loose and come out through your nose???If by imagination id did it would be serious injury and what would then stop your whole brain from oozing out but forget about stuffing it back in for you'll be dead

No absolutely not, whoever convinced you was playing a joke.
the nasal passage is connected to your lungs, so you can breathe. I will not go into detail on ever level of connection. You smell because of particles hitting tiny hairs in your nose and then sending a signal through your nerves to your brain. The only way your nose is connected to your brain is through your nerves.

no it is impossible bcz thiere is no connection between brain and nasal canal.but only the connection between nasal cavity and cochlea.so when we hardly sneeze ur nose then hearing capacity decrease.u dont afraid about it .but u have some nasal problems so u contact ent surgeon immediately.

no it is not possible for your brain cells to go out through your nose. fact: because your nose is full a bacteria, and your brain is protected by a very thin membrane itself it is hardly possible for the two to mix. if this did happen you would die immediately.

Raphael, how is your statement authentic if the historic egyptians used to pull out brains with hooks shoved up the nostril to mummify bodies? they did not have drills or some thing that can dig by bone.

Yes, I lost most of mine years ago as a result of several sequential sneezes. Sad tale really, I will tell you sometime when...what was I talking about?

How old are you? No, this can't possibly happen unless you's had some serious head trauma, like right now when it's coming out your nose. It's a bugar!!!
