GAVE BIRTH: Angela Birmingham
DATE: March 3, 2006 (yes it took Angela monthes to get around to ordering the announcements,so sue her)
WEIGHT: Baby's:7pounds,12 onunces Mom"s let's see she's eating 500 extra cal. a day for breastfeeding, plus half a pound of chocolate to stay awake and all the lasagna her friends can cook,you do the math!
EYES: baby's: blue Mom's: bloodshot
HAIR: baby's: brown Mom's: unwashed since last tuesday
Length: Practically forever-at least 26 hours of labor,plus 3 hours of pushing. And that's not counting the eight visits to the hospital the week before, when we thought it was labor and turned out to be braxton-hicks, or the half hour after the baby came out, when her OB kept doing something down there that are best not thought about....... Oh, the baby was 21inches
SEX: never again and the baby is a boy

to Jess it's from baby talk and Melissa Balmain is the person who wrote it. I thought the names used in it were stupid so I changed the names.Thank you all for you answers I'll be picking the best answer soon. and by the way I am a mommy of three all natural births and my longest was labor was only four hours believe it or not. I just saw this and I laughed so hard so I wanted to share with all of you. And to yLime he is in the picture ;)

Although I am not a mother but my husband and I are trying to concieve I love this and feel for all mom's. I think that the hubby should be mentioned and I also feel that when my baby is born this WILL be the announcement!! To cute!

keep the formal bulletins for the satisfied birthday (sorry, yet that's somewhat a lot). merely deliver out an e-card or a luckily-worded e-mail. Or deliver a photo of sugar and spice or of snails and doggy canines tails (reckoning on the archives you've of direction) and be conscious who receives it.

I like it, but is the father out of the picture? I know the mother does all the birthing, but I think he should be mentioned at least. Other than that, I'd say it's funny and clever.

very cute.
i think it's funny and clever, however there are lots of people in my family that would see it as poor taste.
so, i would send it to friends and family that would actually chuckle from it and i would make regular ones for the rest of the world.
take care and cograts on the little one!!!!
i'm bad about getting stuff like this out, myself....i still have thank you notes to send from december:)

Haha! Sorry but thats hilarious! Though if I was the parent, I wouldn't be so happy about it. Some of it was funny. Some of it was just plain embarrising!

:( sometimes things don't turn out the way that we'd like them to, but don't let this awful experience detour your train of thought, always think of the possibility that someones 1st, 2nd, or 3rd...child could be the best thing that ever happened to our complex world.

Thank you I was having a horrible day cuz my 7 month old daughter just got her first tooth three days ago and that was the first thing besides my daughter to make me smile! thanks... I am 17 by the way so yeah thanks again
