My Best Friend is having a RN graduation in a church. Since I've never been to a graduation in a church, I dont know what to wear. Should it be like a dress or is it okay to wear pants? I don't want to be over dressed and definatly not underdressed! Please help!

I believe you should go with something like a skirt and a blouse or slacks and a blouse... either way you wont be too dressy or underdress as if you wore a pair of jeans or overdressed if you wore a fancy dress good luck and congrats!=)

Just cause it is being held in a church does not make it a religious function. Don't wear jeans but a casual dress with full sleeves would be perfect.

A dress would be appropriate, nothing formal of course, but a spring/summer dress, and the colors according to what time of day the event is, if it's night-darker colors, if its day-light colors.
Pants are ok, just not casual, they should be dressy (not formal) and the same concept for the colors.

Dress pants with a nice blouse or a dress as long as it's modest and not showing too much leg or cleevage.

olive green tank with brown overshirt and a aqua/ turquoise beaded necklace with your fave jeans and a pair of aqua espadrilles around 31/2 inches tall and a brown hobo bag and huge hoop earings and a pretty oversized brown bangles and match that with a pair of oversized shades and youll be styling.

A nice pant suit would be ok for the occassion.There are some really nice ones

if you decide to wear pants wear dressy black pants, not blue jeans, but black dressy pants like you would wear to a interview or you could go with a cute skirt.

only the graduation people wear white. try a plain black dress

a nice summer dress will be fine, or a nice pair of dress pants and a nice shirt, something simple will be fine, that way you won't feel overdressed.
