I dont believe in using antspy software. There are a few simple tricks to completly secure your PC from all sorts of threats.
1. Keep your windows completly updated by going to http://windowsupdate.com
2. Use a a good antivirus software, I recommend Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, 7.x
3. Always password protect your computer. Try not to use dictionary word password. Use passwords in an alphanumaric and CAP n no caps combination.
If you follow all the steps, your computer is completly secure.

Spybot.
Go to www.google.com and type in Spybot download.
Download it.
Check for updates.
Download updates from Europe #1.
Immunize on the left.
Immunize at top.
Search and Destroy.
Check for problems.
When it is done, Fix Problems.
Run Spybot at least twice a month.
It can only be run manually, however it is free.
It is the best Anti-Spyware tool!!!
