My dad passed away 3 years ago, but when he was alive I always went to visit him and took a gift to let him know I loved him.

UGH... My dad is the worst with fathers day... he uses it for pay back for when we were kids and asked for hugely expensive things when we had no clue what that means. So he asks for something like a $500 table saw or something that he knows we cant afford... and won't come up with anything else. And then gets all poughty when he doesn't "get what he wants" LOL he's a nut.. Probably i'll just get him a snotty card and then take him out to dinner. He's a punk and has fun being a punk because now his adult children have to deal with him :))

I usually give my dad a card and a present. Father's Day is always on a Sunday but we don't do anything really speacial just eat a nice Sunday dinner and spend time with the family.

Nothing. My Dad is dead. I did send my husband some cool care packages from the kids though.

With my Dad - go visit, take him a gift.. and card..
for my son's Dad (my hubby).... he's got 2 great gifts coming his way (one from me & one from our son) and we'll have dinner out as a family.
