Because she is low profile and her sister is always out there living it up getting all the attention...While Nicole Richie is killing herself starving to death.PEOPLE like to put this kind of stuff in papers instead of positive and good things..

She lives in Europe too, I think. Usually. And she ain't got much more goin on in her life than Paris does. And she prob does like to have her life a bit more private than paris, who basically lives off selling herself.
