Yes, please clarify what you mean but here is my response (short version) to what I think you are saying. A child that does not get enough attention as a toddler or preschooler will seek it anywhere they can get it and superficially attach themselves to anyone who will pay attention. Later in life, most of their relationships will be superficial and often emerges as sexual promiscuity. This is called Reactive Attachment Disorder and can be treated through therapy.
