I was going to say football, but that is a little too topical and obvious; so I will go for a train set. These are very English, in the capital E sense of the word. Fun to play with but evocative of the English eccentric as well
I have never owned a train set BTW

Cute!!! (I would have expected a Maple Leaf) but your "giving a puck" is much more creative!!! O'Canada is a beautiful Country.
Especially, Alberta.
USA-here........anything Red,White, and Blue but more so.. from Texas, specific!!! The "shape" of my State is so Unique -- that most souvenirs are in this shape and speak for themselves.
I would probably buy someone an Unopened Can of WhoopAss!
(we really sell them here..and I think it Represents MY COUNTY AND STATE WELL!!!)

Can't beat a puck. But just make sure it was bought at Canadian Tire, and is actually made in Canada (most are now made in Slovakia!).

a flag, a hamburger, apple pie, a video of the world series, a hula hoop, a pogo stick, a yo yo, a pair of levi's jeans. an i love ny shirt(made in the usa), a ny yankees shirt(made in the usa), a baseball cap(made in the usa), pack of marlboro cigarettes,one of those odd 3d metal stars painted with stars and stripes that everybody puts on their houses (but nobody knows why or what they mean) something that is originally american like that. oh, i forgot, the lightbulb!
