Feelings can be a part of your life, but your feelings shouldn't dictate your life. Are you happy and satisfied with your life? Great!! Acknowledge your accomplishments in your life and feel good about how you got where you got.

Need to work on some areas that are not pleasing to you? Make a list of them and work with them. Gradually you'll be able to pull some ideas on how to improve your life.

Try to remain focused on the positives of your life no matter how great or small they are. Acknowledge the fact you will have good days and bad...we all do. But it is up to you how you want to react to when bad times come. Choose to be upbeat, even if you feel that you aren't. Good luck to you and I hope I was helpful.

How you feel about life...is your perspective on life. It is true.

If you feel life is unfair, that things never go your way, that the job always goes to somebody else, then it becomes part of your belief system and begins a self-fullfilling prophecy.

The flip side of the coin: Things are improving, opportunites come my way, I am blessed, I am thank-ful for everything I have...there is an appreciation and positive attitude. Those that have these feelings find it becomes a reality in their live.

And they are blessed with it.

Well, it's been clinically proven that we feel 100,000's of milliseconds before we think, so in reality, our feelings always determine our actions and therefore our lives.
That's my professional opinion! But personally, I think our own life experiences are centred around how we perceive the world and our highs and lows are usually determined by how we felt throughout theses experiences. So yes I'd have to say, that life is always about how we feel.

Well, you could have a great life of living fast and doing as you please, but if you screw people over, then you couldn't say it was a particularly noble or good life. So it's not just about how you feel because people don't live in vacuums, they're social beings and we need to take into account other people. It's about loving your neighbour as well as yourself I suppose.

Reminds me of the saying: "mind over matter-if you don't mind
then it doesn't matter!" Yes, how you feel affects everything and
everyone around you..like the pebble in the water-there will
always be ripples of aftereffect. Positive action flows better than
negative.

To a certain degree. If you are upbeat and feel happy your life is gong to tend to be more productive and pleasant than if you feel down and depressed.

I think that life is about living right and helping as many as you can to live right too. It is not about what you accomplish, but how many lives you touch.
